DELIVERY OF GOODS
Physical goods will be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly. imagery is not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Imagery-official.com.
Digital goods are delivered immediately. Please be aware there are inherent risks associated with downloading any software and digital goods. Should you have any technical problems downloading any of our goods, please contact info@imageryofficial.com.
DOMESTIC DELIVERIES
Imagery offers complimentary shipping on orders within Australia.
All Domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post, with estimated delivery within 1-5 business days.
a signature will be required for all deliveries. Should no one be available to sign for your delivery, a calling card will be left by the shipping company. Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.
Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent a confirmation email with a tracking number to the email address linked to your order. Your order can be tracked through the nominated carrier’s website. The nominated carrier will be specified in the confirmation email.
Imagery is not liable for the loss of an item which is being exchanged nor cover the cost of any returns/shipping fees.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
all International orders are shipped via DHL Express Worldwide, with estimated delivery within 5-10 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent a confirmation email with a tracking number to the email address linked to your order. Your order can be tracked through the nominated carrier’s website. The nominated carrier will be specified in the confirmation email.
Please note: some international shipments can be subject to Customs or Import Duties / Taxes once they reach their destination. In these circumstances the responsibility falls on the receiver to pay the appropriate charges to release the goods from shipment. If you would like more information regarding customs or import duties taxes, please contact your local customs office, to receive an exact quote.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Imagery-official.com handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
Should you wish to return your order, please contact info@imagery-official.com within 14 days of placing your order.
In the instance that the returned garment is not in sellable condition, the item will be returned to the address on the original order.
Worn, damaged and or soiled garments will not be refunded. Garments must be in original condition (including tags). All packaging (including box) must be returned with your order.
In the instance Imagery is unable to resolve a return and or refund, imagery will action an exchange and or credit note upon timely receipt of the goods purchased.
Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of Imagery-official.com

ALL BESPOKE OR CUSTOM ORDERS REQUIRE A 50% DEPOSIT TO BE PAID TO BEGIN PRODUCTION AND CANNOT BE CANCELLED OR CHANGED DUE TO THE EXTENSIVE PRODUCTION PROCESS.

BESPOKE OR CUSTOM ORDERS WILL BE DISPATCHED UPON FINAL PAYMENT.
